HopeHealth Wall of Gratitude
For many years, the water feature in the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center family entrance has attracted visitors with its beauty and serenity. Family members often write messages on the river stones in the fountain in remembrance of their loved ones.
Inspired by the stones in the water feature, HopeHealth has created a new memorial to honor loved ones who have passed away. The Wall of Gratitude, with stone-shaped plaques, will be a meaningful remembrance and focal point for family members visiting the Center.
Descriptive copy displayed on the wall reads:
When the HopeHealth Hulitar Center opened in 2009, families began to spontaneously write messages to their loved ones on the river rocks in the fountain. We have carefully placed these rocks in the memorial garden.
The plaques on this wall symbolize those rocks, smoothed by time and imbued with the spirits of people who have been deeply loved. HopeHealth is grateful for the donors whose generosity supports future patients and families who need hospice care.

A lasting memorium
The Wall of Gratitude is continually updated. Plaques come in three sizes:
- Small (4”) $2,500
- Medium (6 ¾”) $5,000
- Large (8”) $10,000
Proceeds from memorial gifts to the wall support programs and services for hospice patients and their families.

Each rock can accommodate 6 lines of text with up to
25 characters each, including spaces.
